Lux Trainer is a system with support in creating plans for conditioning and coordination training of a player with the possibility of choosing a certain period. It combines well with diagnostics, since the assessment identifies the player’s shortcomings (assessment of conditioning and coordination abilities – HD). Exemplary drills are directed towards ice hockey. Lux Trainer is a tool for high-quality creation and recording of training plans and programs.
